Brothers Aquatic Rentals, Terms & Condition: 

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that operating a jet ski involes certain risk, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death due to accidents or improper use of equipment.

2. Safety Briefing: I acknowledge that I have recieved a safety briefing from Brothers Aquatic Rentals regarding the operation of the jet ski, including safety rules and regulations.

3. Responsibility for Equipment: I agree to operate the jet ski responsibly and to return it in the same conditions as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and convenant not to sue Brothers Aquatic Rentals, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from all liability to myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage,and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned arising out of or related to the rental and use of the jet ski, whether caused by negligence of Brothers Aquatic Rentals or otherwise.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnifyand hold harmless Brothers Aquatic Rentals from any loss, liability, damage, cost, including attorney fees, they may incur due to my rental and use of the ski.

6. Binding Effect: I understand and agree that this waiver and release shall be binding on my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

7. Legal Age: I certify that I am of legal age and competent to enter into this agreement.

I have read this waiver and release of liablity, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights agreeing to the terms of this rental, freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
